Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use the VibeReply AI browser extension and the website at vibereplyai.vercel.app (together, "VibeReply"). By installing the extension or using the website, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use VibeReply.

The service

VibeReply suggests replies, rewrites, and translations for messages you are writing in your browser, using AI models. Suggestions are inserted as drafts — you decide whether to edit and send them. VibeReply never sends a message on your behalf.

Beta

VibeReply is currently in an early-access (beta) phase. Features, limits, and plans may change, and the service may sometimes be unavailable or make mistakes. We welcome your feedback.

Your account

You can use VibeReply without an account, or sign in with Google to get a higher allowance. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your Google account secure. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use VibeReply.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use VibeReply to:

• harass, threaten, defraud, impersonate, or mislead anyone;
• create spam, bulk unsolicited messages, or content that breaks the law or the rules of the site you are using;
• process content you have no right to share;
• bypass usage limits, create many accounts or devices to get extra free use, or interfere with the service;
• reverse engineer, resell, or scrape the service, except where the law allows it.

We may suspend access that breaks these rules.

AI-generated content

Suggestions are produced by AI and can be inaccurate, inappropriate, or unsuitable for your situation. Review every suggestion before you send it — you are responsible for the messages you send. Translations may not capture every nuance; do not rely on them for legal, medical, financial, or other critical communication. You own the text you write and the suggestions you choose to use.

Free use, trials, and paid plans

The free allowance, trial length, and plan features are described on our pricing page and in the extension, and may change during the beta. Paid plans are billed through Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, whose terms also apply to the purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel; you can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Refund requests are handled by Lemon Squeezy under its refund policy — contact us and we will help.

Privacy

How we handle your information is explained in our Privacy Policy. We do not store the content of your conversations on our servers.

Third-party sites

VibeReply works inside websites such as WhatsApp Web, LinkedIn, Gmail, Slack, and Microsoft Teams. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by them, and your use of those sites remains subject to their own terms.

Disclaimer and liability

VibeReply is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for messages you choose to send, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be waived.

Ending use

You can stop using VibeReply at any time by uninstalling the extension, and ask us to delete your account as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken, or if we discontinue the service, with notice where reasonably possible.

Changes

We may update these terms as VibeReply develops. We will change the "Last updated" date above and announce significant changes on the website or in the extension. Continuing to use VibeReply after a change means you accept the updated terms.
